Enclave Co. was founded on a simple belief: homeownership shouldn't be complicated, reactive, or transactional. We started because we watched successful people hand their homes over to a revolving door of contractors—no one looking at the whole picture, no one accountable.

We decided to build what we would want: a single trusted partner.

Who We Are

We're a small team of licensed contractors serving high-value homes in Greater San Antonio. Our co-founder and CEO, Bryan Lee, built this company after years of seeing homeowners surprised by major costs that could have been prevented. Our COO, Ryan Waddill, is a licensed contractor who leads every evaluation.

Together, we know homes. We know what fails, when it fails, and how to keep it from failing in the first place.
